Processing Time:
Since each order is custom made please allow 7 – 14 days for processing. Many times orders are shipped sooner. If you need your order or a particular item to arrive by a certain date, please contact us directly. We will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Our Guarantee & Return Policy:
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. We do however, guarantee our handmade burp cloths and value customer satisfaction. Therefore we are happy to mend any stitching errors in the unlikely event any such problem should occur. All repairs will be discussed on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly.
Shipping Time:
Currently orders are only shipped within the United States. Orders ship USPS Priority or First Class Mail (most destinations are delivered within 3 days). If you require expedited shipping, please call for pricing.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Orders totaling $20.00 or less: Shipping & Handling is $6.00
$20.01 - $40.00 shipping & handling is $8.00
$40.01 - $60.00 shipping & handling is $10.00
$60.01 – $80.00 shipping & handling is $11.00
Orders totaling greater than $80.01 shipping &handling will be $12.50
Tax:
Since B. Ink is based in Massachusetts we do have to charge Massachusetts Sales Tax. Orders that are shipped or picked up within Massachusetts will be charged 6.25% Sales Tax.
